Meet Bree Normandin

I have worked in mental health since 2007 and am an experienced therapist and post-secondary educator with lived experience as a parent and neurodivergent person. I provide therapy, clinical supervision, and specialized evaluations focused on neurodivergence, complex clinical presentations, and substance use.

My Approach

My approach is relational, collaborative, and practical. I work to understand each person in context, including their experiences, relationships, neurodivergence, trauma, environment, and strengths, rather than reducing them to symptoms or a diagnosis. Together, we build insight and turn that understanding into meaningful, realistic change.

My Values

I value curiosity over judgment, clinical competence over rigid formulas, and meaningful change. My Christian faith shapes my worldview and my commitment to compassion, dignity, and grace. Your therapy remains centered on your beliefs and values, with Christian counseling available upon request. I also provide a supportive space for exploring religious and spiritual trauma.

Initial Consultation

We begin by discussing your experience, professional goals, clinical interests, supervision needs, and applicable licensure requirements. This also gives us an opportunity to determine whether we are a good fit.

Individualized Supervision Plan

Together, we develop a supervision plan based on your current level of experience, areas for growth, learning style, client population, and professional goals.

Regular Supervision Sessions

During supervision, we review cases, explore ethical and clinical concerns, strengthen documentation and treatment-planning skills, and connect theory to real-world practice.

Ongoing Professional Development

As you progress, supervision evolves with you. We regularly evaluate your growth, identify emerging strengths and learning needs, and help you develop the confidence, competence, and professional identity needed for independent practice.
